Los dos grandes problemas del FFB son el tacto granulado y la zona muerta en la que no hay ninguna fuerza. Lo que no me cuadra es que por un lado dice que esa zona es para evitar oscilaciones pero por otra que no hay ningún impedimento para evitarla del todo. Si no lo hay, ¿por qué no la quitan? Pues para evitar que el motor oscile de lado a lado, si lo dice él mismo al principio. Aun así, con esta información no puedo evitar cierta esperanza de reducir el juego libre en mi MSFFB2 de alguna forma. Por cierto, yo tb odio que pongan detents de esos en el throttle qué manía! A ver si puedo ir a probarlo este fin de semana a Sabadell. Aunque son un porrón de kms... pero me hace ilu, ya veremos Por cierto, amalahama, si puedes pruébalo con el su-25 del Lock On. Me encanta notar como sin mover la palanca la fuerza va desapareciendo hasta que la palanca se queda ella sola en su sitio. Tb lo puedes probar en FSX usando FS-force. amalahama Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 Lo del tacto granulado desgraciadamente no tiene solución aunque en mi opinión no estan exagerado como dicen en algunos foros y sólo se hace molesto si pones el autocenter realmente fuerte. Con autocenter al 30% he podido jugar cómodamente a los simus que no tienen FFB aunque la holgura es mucho mayor. Ojo que cuando hablamos de holguras es del FFB porque lo que es el joy es espectacularmente preciso. Con IL-2 he comprobado que lo mejor es quitar el autocenter porque ya lo hace el mismo sim y sino se quita como que entra en conflicto drivers y software. Sin el autocenter ha mejorado mucho en este sim, ahora el joy se endurece un huevo cuando coge velocidad y se vuelve flácido cuando rondas la velocidad de pérdida. Con BS he conseguido avances. Un truco es poner una tira de cinta aislante en el lateral de joy, tapando el fotodetector, para que el joy no tienda a centrarse al soltar el mando. El fotodetector al parecer es un sistema de seguridad que no se puede deshabilitar por software, así que hay que hacerlo de forma campestre. El trim va ahora algo mejor, pero aun sigue estando el problema de la holgura alrededor de la posición de equilibrio que hace que el joy se incline hacia delante por su propio peso. No se hace molesto pero cansa más que si se centrase perfectamente cuando se pulsa el boton de trim. Espero que DCS le meta caña a esto. Esta tarde probare el Su-25 de Lockon a ver que tal. Mi experiencia con FSX fue un desastre aunque tampoco le eché mucha cuenta, creo que mejor desconectar el FFB para este sim y dejar solo el autocenter. Mirare el programa que dices a ver si mejora el tema. Hay que decir para defensa de este hardware que el 90% de los fallos del FFB es porque el software no tiene convenientemente depurado el tema del retorno Saludos!! En el G25 está esa sensacion y una pequeña zona muerta en el centro cuando no hay fuerzas... totalmente normal. En cuanto a que no funcione demasiado bien con algunos simus, también es normal. En el rfactor para quedar fino el G25, habia que tocar la configuración del propio rfactor, no de los drivers. Vamos, que en poco tiempo se apañó y cada uno se lo iba poniendo como queria. crim3d Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 Hace poco modifiqué mi MSFFB2 para alargar la palanca y encastrarle el mango de mi viejo CH Combastick para que así vaya colocado en posición central (esto de la palanca central es de lo mejor que he hecho nunca en cuanto a mejora de la experiencia de vuelo, mira que lo había leído veces, pero no lo había hecho hasta ahora). Lo bueno es que con la modificación, sustituí el sensor fotoeléctrico por un simple interruptor, así que ya no tengo que preocuparme de que al quitar la mano se vaya todo a tomar. Por otro lado, la mayor longitud hace que pierda fuerza de forma importante debido a la mayor palanca (si es que está claro que nunca se puede tener todo...), pero a cambio la posibilidad de dañar el joystick por tener las fuerzas activadas con la mano quitada disminuye por la mayor inercia que evita que se pueda mover bruscamente. Yo gastaba un X52 antes del MSFFB2, y la verdad es que fue un tanto traumático pasar del la precisión infinita del X52 a todos estos problemas, pero como digo, por lo visto nunca se puede tener todo. Estoy seguro de que es algo que ha actuado siempre en detrimento del FFB en la simulación de vuelo. A ver si va cambiando al aumentar la calidad y el soporte. En el BS, con el trimado antiguo funciona perfecto, por lo menos es la sensación que me da... Aunque a veces se le pira la olla al FFB. Con el ROF, tres cuartos de lo mismo, lo unico que no se siente mucho la velocidad y los disparos. Si merece la pena pagar por esto, comparado con un saitek + pedales o ch completo, me quedo con esto... (el cougar que se fabrica ahora directamente lo deshecho :P) Salu2! Guest Darkness Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 wooo, after days of fiddling, fighting with the heli, getting frustrated, reading/posting in forums etc. i decided to write this post and try to cover most of the things. i think i found a good setup to get started, my flying skills boosted up already (hovering, high speed low altitude, fast stopping without gaining too much height, stabilizing, aiming, fighting, landing on a ship, dive under bridges and cables, ) (sorry for any bad english) in the beginning: 1. unpack your shiny mighty g940 2. download the current drivers from logitech (version 5.08 at the moment) 3. install them and plug in the monster. TAPE THE SENSOR AT THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE STICK! 4. goto windows settings - gamecontrollers - recheck the calibration from the software setup 5. FORCE FEEDBACK Part1: also check the force feedback settings of the g940 joystick: my personal recommendation: - leave everything on 100% - uncheck the "center-spring" (maybe bad translated) 6. recheck the following files in the blackshark-directory, if you changed something for your former joystick/flightsystem/controller: root\Scripts\Aircrafts\_Common - FMOptions.lua HelicopterTrimmerZonePitch = 0.05; HelicopterTrimmerZoneRoll = 0.05; HelicopterTrimmerZoneRudder = 0.1; HelicopterTrimmerTauInverse = 7.0; root\Config - Producer.cfg ForceFeedbackEnabled = true; !!! 7. HANDLING: startup the Logitech Profiler. choose device -> g940 joystick choose game -> dcs black shark (this is logitechs default profile, didn't like it, deleted it for a new one) on the left side, all axis configurations for the joystick are listed (X, Y, MiniX, MiniY ...): left click - axis properties - HERE YOU SETUP YOUR PREFERED HANDLING OF EVERY AXIS OF THE STICK - NEVER TOUCH THE DEFAULT SETTINGS OF THE AXIS TUNE PANEL IN DCS:BLACK SHARK OPTIONS (like deadzone, curvature, saturation and stuff...) my recommendation: axis sensitivity - 0% (yes!) deadzone - 0% range - 100% for the beginning, apply these settings to every! axis of all devices (throttle and pedals too), the result will be a very precise handling experience. but you can come back later anytime and make your own setting. EVEN DURING FLIGHT YOU CAN ALT-TAB SWITCH TO THE PROFILER AND ADJUST YOUR SETTINGS AND KEYBINDINGS! (thats cool...) recommendation for the right throttle-axis, check -> invert, a helo-collective is pulled in reality... if you are already firm with the keystrokes you want to assign to the joystick buttons - hack them in... examples: - T for trim on the stickbutton S4 - SPACE for firing the cannon on the trigger - RIGHT-ALT + SPACE for missiles/ rockets/ bombs on the red colored fire-button OOOPS! in version 5.08 of the profiler, there maybe a bug with recording the RIGHT-ALT + SPACE combination. somehow a CTRL-key is also recorded, no problem. simply export the current profile to an xml-file. open it with a texteditor (like notepad), search for the command table containing: Name="Keystroke LCTRL + ALT GR + SPACE" (may differ depending on your localization, had to translate this from german) in this table look for: <Event Type="Key" Keyname="LCTRL" Up="false" KeynameUndo="LCTRL" /> delete it, rename the name of the table from Name="Keystroke LCTRL + ALT GR + SPACE" to Name="Keystroke ALT GR + SPACE". save and re-import it to the profiler. 8. START BLACK SHARK: go to options - controls. check if there are any actions configured with the g940 buttons. if so, delete them all, use the logitech-profiler for all bindings to the buttons of the flightsystem. after cleaning all up, there should be only the keyboard-bindings left (i recommend leaving the default keyboard-bindings untouched, furthermore, i deleted everything of the arcade-mode, including keyboard-bindings). next, go to options - controls - AXIS COMMANDS. if there are any settings on the 3 g940 devices, delete them. now add: g940 joystick - cyclic pitch JOY Y - cyclic roll JOY X g940 pedals - rudder JOY RZ - wheel brake JOY Y (also add JOY X if you like) g940 throttle - first: REMOVE THE LINK BETWEEN THE LEFT & RIGHT THROTTLE on the device - then bind collective JOY X (THE RIGHT THROTTLE) after that reconnect them or bind another action to the left throttle if you don't want to use them together. 9. FORCE FEEDBACK Part2 now click on FF TUNE. to start with something, i recommend TRIMMER FORCE = 50, SHAKE seems to have no effect at all (i never felt an impact changing that setting). ok, thats enough for a flight test.
