Pues dejamelos a mi, fresco! lol

http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=111475

Due to numerous requests of workers, food prices increase ... Oh, not at all ... gradually begin to talk about the Douro and its features. As with the development of the Mustang, the story is not just for the sake of the story, but to show to what depths of modeling has to climb to the model was similar to the prototype. Because apparently after the Mustang workers would ask for its historical rival, in his spare time was calculated BMW- 801, which (take my word) would have made of Merlin is quite simple, even though Komandogerat. And then quite suddenly fell somewhere information that will be Dora - it was not good news ... As you know, used to D9 engine Jumo-213A. And Junkers engines had a great feature that almost led me first into a light stupor. Look at the high-altitude engine performance -'ll understand. (Look for yourself - they have at least two, plus a manual, and all the little not the same .) If conventional engines with a conventional drive supercharger boost pressure and constant below the critical height (it - border altitude) power decreases with decreasing altitude, then Jumo-213 it is either constant or even increases. Ordinary engines reason for this - in excess discharge capacity of the compressor below the altitude. The air is heated unnecessarily, spent part of the supercharger on the engine power, and created such a stupid price pressure is throttled. German designers have successfully solved the problem: on the DB-60X - between the first and second critical heights - by gradually increasing the blower speed and the Junkers engineers solved the problem In general, creating a smooth booster pressure is not controlled by changing the fan speed, but due to special valves at the inlet. Additionally there were still traditional and step speed. To absolutely bring high-altitude performance motor for the perfect - no peaks and valleys, the designers used the automatic adjustment is not just for boost pressure and the mass flow rate of air. Hydro MBG - analogue komandogerata BMW, perform roughly the same functions, integrating and defining a common program for the RPO, boost controller and fuel pump controller direct injection. An interesting detail: the Germans were able to make it so that the same unit aneroid controlled flow of air and fuel, which allowed the device to simplify and avoid mismatches that could result in deviations from the target mix quality and unavoidable when using a controller in each block of the aneroid. MBG also asked ignition timing and automatically switches the blower speed. Cancellations boost controller device automatically switches to manual mode by the second (auxiliary) choke, which normally worked only in a narrow range of positions ORE near idle.

http://forums.eagle.ru/showpost.php?p=2031333&postcount=1

Google Translated:
FW-190D9, cooling
Originality of technical solutions Dora aggravated substandard building cooling systems: the plane did not have a separate oil cooler. Heat from withdrawing the cooled oil in the radiator antifreeze in a special heat exchanger. Naturally, the water cooler, which accounted for because of high thermal load, it was a larger effective area. Apparently, the German designers saved on oil cooler automation, supply lines .
And we had, in turn, introduce another model in the cooling system - liquid-liquid heat exchanger .

I have good news about Dora: the main systems work, the prop and the engine are functioning and verified (maybe some tweaks for an engine regarding mixture strength and matching the throttle and the injection pump characteristics).

The airframe aerodynamics is being tuned now. Some tweaks still required for under-gear, etc.

DUXFORD, UK, June 16th, 2014 – The Fighter Collection and Eagle Dynamics will release DCS: Fw190 D-9 Dora as a digital download in August 2014
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 is widely regarded as Germany's best fighter aircraft of World War II. Its appearance in the skies over France in August 1941 was a rude shock to the Allies, as it was clearly superior to any other plane. For nearly a year, the Fw 190 was the unmatched champion of the air war in Europe. The Fw 190 had speed and high altitude performance as its two great assets.
The development of advanced allied fighters resulted in the Fw 190 D–9 variant which first saw service in September 1944. This variant had a larger nose that housed a more powerful Junkers Jumo engine that produced 2,100 hp with the MW-50 boost system. The D-9 was designed for high altitude aerial combat and is a worthy adversary to the P-51D Mustang.
Key Features of the DCS: Fw 190 D-9 Dora:
Unmatched flight physics that allow you to truly feel what it's like to fly this legend.
Highly detailed, six-degrees-of-freedom (6 DOF) cockpit.
Interact with cockpit controls with your mouse.
Accurate Fw 190 D-9 model, squadron markings, and weapons.
Detailed modelling the Fw 190 D-9 instruments, weapons, engine, radios, fuel, and electrical systems.
Battle the P-51D Mustang in single and multiplayer games.
