Armored Warfare Open Beta

Buenas,

 

Como veo que por estos lugares rondan los de WoT, y WT, aqui os dejo info sobre Armored Warfare, un parecido a WoT en moderno.

 

Actualmente esta en Open Beta, ayer lo baje. Unos 13GB pesa AW, se baja el instalador, y se crea una cuenta en My.com. Una vez instalado, puedes actualizar que son unos 12GB mas.

 

En AW la artillería esta mejor pensada, al igual que el blindaje y armamento entre otras cosas vs WoT. Desde que se empieza, tienes muchas opciones que son comunes para todos. No es necesario dinero para avanzar en el juego, a no ser que quieras avanzar rápido. Se pueden crea Batallones entre colegas, asi que si alguien se anima ya sabéis.

Si, desde luego que lo es!

 

Pero para jugar a mata/mata y pasar el rato no esta mal, yo lo veo mejor que WoT. No creo que pretenda ser un simu, mas bien una copia mejorada de WoT, y con un cierto elemento a juego de rol, de aquí viene Obsidian Entertainment.

 

Tiene cosas mejoradas respecto a WoT, como que NO toda la munición sirve en según que casos, o el blindaje explosivo, y una artillería mejorada.

 

Es gratis, y no es un PTP puro y duro, al menos por ahora, y a mi ya me esta bien.

Llevo algun tiempo ya observando este juego pero me matan las barras de energia, como siempre :whistling: , es como el WOT pero un poco mas cuidado en algunos aspectos, si querias progresar sin pagar, podras, pero tendras que echar un montonazo de horas para alcanzar un nivel medio aceptable. Pero lo dicho es un mata-mata sin sentido para pasr un ratito...

Me imagino que esta mucho mejor en STPro :icon_mrgreen:

 

Si, tienes razón Over, lo del progreso o escalera es tedioso, pero recuerdo mi época con la saga CoD (Call of Duty), en la cual te pasabas el juego en 48h, y luego solo te quedaba el multiplayer, donde pasaba exactamente lo mismo, a subir puntos! Encima el juego te costaba 60 pavos! (los que no somos Jack Sparrow).

 

Mi conclusión es que esta guapo y divertido, aparte es gratis y se deja jugar! Horas? pues bueno como digo, igual que CoD! Es lo típico de este tipo de juegos, conocer el mapa, tu vehículo y su PROPÓSITO, y saber moverte y ocultarte. En 2 días estas en TIR-4, a partir de ahí, la cosa se complica, TIR´s 4-5 ya estas en la salsa y dependes mucho mas de tu habilidad y "hit points" (HP).

 

Lo de los batallones lo veo muy bien, y sirve para echar partidas entre amigos y otros batallones, solo que es de pago, debes comprar un jefe de batallón para poder progresar en tu propio batallón y así invitar amigos. Tampoco es necesario para jugar PVP o PVE.

 

Mi ultima adquisición a pulso! El terror de Tazmania! :icon_mrgreen:

Los seis tanques que completan el TIR-10 para esta versión 0.15.

 

La mayoria de partidas en el video son PVE (Coperativa contra AI), las cuales son relativamente faciles dependiendo del modo. Las partidas PVP no son tan faciles.

Eventos para este verano "Summer Heat"...

 

Real Heat

The first stage of Summer Heat will take place from the 14th of June to the 3rd of July. It will be split into three rounds, each lasting a week:

Round 1: 14th of June to 20th
Round 2: 21st of June to 27th
Round 3: 28th of June to 3rd of July

During each round, the 5 top players for each vehicle Class, Tier and Server (both servers counted separately, Tier 1 and Tier 2 vehicles are excluded) will be rewarded with 7 days of 50% boost to Credit and Reputation income. The top players are determined by the average amount of Reputation obtained from a player’s best (in terms of base Reputation income) 10 PvP or PvE battles played during each round.

Please note that in order to be eligible for this event, players need to play at least 10 PvP or PvE battles during each round.

But that’s not all!

Each player who plays at least 10 PvP or PvE battles during a single Round receives 2 days of 20% boost to Credit and Reputation income. This can only be earned once per round.

Therefore:

 

Players who play 10 PvP or PvE battles during a round will be rewarded with 2 days of 20% boost to Credit and Reputation income
Players who play 10 PvP or PvE battles in two rounds (once per round) will be rewarded with 4 days of 20% boost to Credit and Reputation income
Players who played 10 PvP or PvE battles in all three rounds (once per round) will be rewarded with 6 days of 20% boost to Credit and Reputation income

Please note:

Each round starts at 00:01 (CEST for EU server, PDT for NA server) of the first Round Day and ends at 23:59 (CEST for EU server, PDT for NA server) of the last Round Day
The leaderboards will be available on the Website starting on the 14th of June. They will reset after the end of every round
It is possible for one person to win more than once and in more than one category
Ranking rewards will be distributed at the end of each round
Bonus rewards will be distributed at the end of the event
Any punishment issued by the Support Team for an offense against game rules within the event time limit will lead to automatic disqualification from the event
My.com reserves the right to disqualify any players attempting to unfairly manipulate battle outcome (so-called “match rigging”) from the contest

Hot Weekends

The second stage of Summer Heat will take place from the 18th of June to the 10th of July and will take place only on weekends. During each Hot Weekend, players will be able to complete three objectives in order to earn great rewards!

These three Objectives are as follows:

 

Win 5 PvP Battles or 10 PvE Missions (on Normal or Hard difficulty)
Deal 5000 total damage in PvP battles or 25000 total damage in PvE missions on Normal or Hard difficulty (damage is calculated cumulatively over multiple matches)
Destroy 10 enemy vehicles in PVP battles or 40 vehicles in PvE missions on Normal or Hard difficulty (kills accumulate over multiple matches)

Rewards:

500.000 Credits per Objective completed (for a total of 6.000.000 Credits over 4 weekends)
200 Gold per weekend if all three Objectives are completed
A one-time bonus of 100 Gold if at least one Objective is completed over two weekends
A second one-time bonus of 300 Gold if at least two Objectives are completed during three weekends
A third one-time bonus of 300 Gold if all three Objectives are completed during each of the four weekends

The total amount of Gold that can be obtained during the Hot Weekends event is 1500 Gold. This event will take place on the following weekends:

 

18th/19th of June
25th/26th of June
2nd/3rd of July
9th/10th of July

Please note:

PvP and PvE Objective requirements do not mix – it is not possible to complete an objective through a combination of PvP and PvE
Objectives reset at the end of each weekend
Event days start on Saturday at 00:01 (CEST for EU server, PDT for NA server) and end on Sunday at 23:59 (CEST for EU server, PDT for NA server)
Hot Weekends rewards will be distributed after the event ends
Objective Counters will be available during the event in the Player Profile portal section
Any punishment issued by the Support Service for an offense against game rules within the event time limit will lead to automatic disqualification from the event

dependes de la gente que se conecte si estas a horas intenpestivas puede tardar bastante.

:aplauso-6: Yo suelo dedicarle una hora todos los días. Más bien de tarde-noche ( entre las 18:00 y las 24:00)(Hora en Ferrol)...

Mi rutina es jugar en Cooperativo, normalmente (lo más raro es PvP)...

Tengo tres modelos de clase 5 y estoy contento con el juego. No me importa que sea en inglés. Aunque estaría más contento si lo ponen en castellano...

Global Operations is a PvP and PvE hybrid game mode that is unique in the genre, blending longer term strategy with moment to moment tactics. In Global Operations, players participate in large scale, dynamic battles.
This mode introduces improvements to the core Armored Warfare rules, including:
Respawning to allow players to be engaged in the battle for much longer
Primary objectives that change throughout the match
Secondary objectives called “wild cards” that change the shape and direction of the battle in exciting ways
Each match in Global Operations will be a living, breathing battle space that expands on our existing team and class interaction, adding more opportunities for players of all skill levels to contribute toward their team's victory.

 

In the Global Operations mode players will fight for domination by capturing, securing or destroying various objectives. The battle time will be limited to 15 minutes with up to 15 vs 15 teams. Each team will have a pool of points.

 

Destroying Enemy or AI controlled vehicles, and capturing control zones will reduce the enemies’ point count. If you manage reduce this point score to zero you win the battle! The tasks will be dynamic, changing upon the battle.

 

KILLER AI

The opponents will not only consist of the other team, but also neutral AI-controlled forces that will be aggressive to both sides and guarding certain areas. These will not be mere cannon fodder – fighting the guards can critically delay your team’s advance and allow the other team to fall back to set up defenses and protect key control points.

 

Additionally, players will have the opportunity to ask for an AI vehicle support! Drive the enemy before you with trusted AI helpers on your side or defend the objectives before enemy onslaughts supported by AI-controlled vehicles – one way or the other, the Artificial Intelligence will make a difference!


LARGE MAPS

The first new map to be introduced as a part of the Global Operations is the open desert map called “Desert Crossing”. On it, two mercenary forces and their local allies are clashing over a massive dry dock with an aircraft carrier.

 

The map is very large and quite interactive – players will for example be able to raise bridges or open new attack routes by performing certain actions – or deny the same routes to the enemy.


WILDCARDS

Players can also capture special “Wildcard” objectives that give them the ability to call in military asset from their HQ, to tip the balance of the battle in their favor. The first map will contain the following “wildcards”:
Pillboxes: static AI-controlled object firing Anti-Tank guided missiles at enemy forces
Surveillance drone: a unmanned aerial asset that can fly above a zone and spot the enemy teams movements with ease.
Air Raid: a powerful B2 bombing run attack that flies in from off the map to wreak havoc amongst enemy lines!
Supply Zone: to allow resupply of ammo without needing to respawn
These just represent what will be available during the first release. The system is flexible enough that many new “wild cards” could be created in the future to keep current and futures maps exciting, such as for example helicopter attacks.

Obsidian will also be doing a live steam Q&A later in the month, answering all your questions, and making an announcement of when you will be able to try this new and exciting mode for yourself!

Para los que tengan problemas de conexión. Aseguraos de tener seleccionado como servidor el Europeo (Europe) en la pantalla inicial My.com (arriba Izq.). En mi caso la conexión a las partidas PVE casi son inmediatas, y las partidas PVP entre 1-3min.
